Dryslwyn

By the side of the River Tywist and the stark remains of Dryslwyn Castle, built on a terraced hill by one of Lord Rhys’ descendants in the mid-13th century. An ideal location for a stronghold, the castle throughout its life suffered several savage attacks that contributed to its present ruined condition.
