Abertillery

The Arbertillery and District Museum, on the ground floor of the Metropole Conference and Cultural Centre, tells the story of this former mining town and the surrounding area from the Bronze Age up until the present time. There is a re-creation of a miner’s kitchen and many artefacts and displays about the mining industry.
