Linton
The village is best known for its zoo, but visitors will also find many handsome
old buildings and the church of St Mary the Virgin, built mainly in Early
English style.
Chilford Hall Vineyard, on the B1052 between Linton and Balsham, comprises 20 acres of vines, with tours and wine-tastings available. Some two miles further off the A1307, Bartlow Hills are the site of the largest Roman burial site to be unearthed in Europe. |
