Just outside the village lies Bird World, a wonderful family attraction set in extensive parkland, with views over to the Snowdonia mountain range, where visitors can admire the wide variety of birds on display as well as picnic in the beautiful surroundings of the lake. There is also a small animal farm and pet area for the children alongwith a huge indoor play barn.
