Crammed full of fascinating exhibits, the Craven Museum is a great place to explore the history of Skipton and the Craven Dales. The museum displays collections of local history, archaeology, natural history, art and geology in a small but very popular museum situated in the Town Hall at the top of Skipton's busy market place. Temporary exhibitions vary from community projects to items on loan from other museums. Admission is free and the museum is open all year round.
