The museum is sited in three locations - the Scottish Maritime Museum at Irvine, Clydebuilt at Braehead and the Denny Ship Model Experiment at Dumbarton. At Irvine you will have the opportunity for a guided tour which includes a restored 1920's shipyard workers `Tenement Flat' and a collection of moored vessels in the harbour, some of which can be boarded. Trips are occasionally available for visitors. The museum shop stocks a wide selection of souvenirs and light meals, snacks and drinks are served at the Puffers Coffee Shop on the wharf.
