The Manor Arms is a family run, traditional pub located in the attractive Georgian Square of the historic town of Broughton-In-Furness which lays at the foot of the spectacular wilderness of Duddon Valley.

Open all day every day this place prides itself on offering up to 8 real ales from a mixture of locally and nationally brewed sites; regular brews include Yates Bitter, Copper Dragon and Golden Pippin. A popular beer festival is held every November. The Manor Arms also offers 3 upstairs en suite bedrooms, with two doubles and one twin that can come on a room only or scrumptious bed and breakfast rate, making it a popular spot for walkers and cyclists alike. Children and dogs are welcome, all credit cards accepted apart from American Express and Diners.

Built in 1768 the bar is full of character with two log fires and a pool table and has been in the Varty family since 1988. It offers no juke box, no plasma tv - simply valuing good old conversation and atmosphere - and nestled cosily in this quiet market town with the beauty of the Lake District on its doorstep it certainly has plenty of that.
