Lake Windermere in the south eastern corner of the Lake District has long been one of Cumbria's most popular tourist hot spot and there is no better place to take advantage of all the area has to offer than Quaysiders Club. These quality premises stand across the road from the lake in Waterhead and are geared towards providing excellent facilities for all who visit. General manager Ian Davison has been here 22 years now and was joined by wife Veronica 10 years ago. Together they have built the complex up to a very high standard; there are 18 apartments and two hotel rooms available for hire.

All of the apartments are self catering, can sleep up to six and are taken on a weekly basis during the busy season; shorter breaks can be provided during off season. The two hotel rooms are en suite, one will sleep two people and the other will sleep 3 in extremely comfortable style.

The extensive facilities include a small indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, laundry room, a courtyard BBQ and WiFi throughout. The website is excellent and provides full information about the complex; there are even virtual tours to be taken around the premises!
