Situated five miles from the centre of Appleby lies the welcoming 18th century Midland Hotel. Located across the road from Appleby's railway station, this inn offers good pub food, great real ales and 5 guest rooms, which are tastefully decorated. Paul and Leigh have been the licensees here for 18 months and have continued to provide great service, as well as improve the food, which is deliciously prepared by fantastic cook Leigh. Food is available daily until 8pm.
