The quality, Hall Park Hotel is located on the outskirts of the centre of Workington, across the road from the well-known Helena Thompson Museum. A free house and comfortable hotel, run for the past 3 years by Paul and Susan Fryer, the couple have plenty of years experience in the trade, with Susan having worked in the catering business previously for 15 years.

Dating back to the turn of the 20th century, this Victorian premises is traditional, with good quality furnishings as well as bright and airy décor, perfect for unwinding. The Hall Park Hotel prides itself on the accommodation and it is very popular with businessmen and workers, working away from home, as well as tourists interested in the surrounding history.

The hotel comprises of 14 bedrooms, 11 of which are ensuite, in a variety of sizes- single, twin, double and family. The prices vary from £40, without an ensuite to £85 for a superior room with ensuite. All tariffs include a hearty breakfast, available between 7 and 9am and it is simply delicious, with extremely generous helpings.
