A well presented public house and restaurant, The Three Tuns is waiting to take your order. As well as a restaurant, The Three Tuns has two rooms available for bed and breakfast, both offered at reasonable prices. There is a large en-suite double bedroom, which boasts a luxury 42" Sky television. The second room is a comfortably sized medium double, which has the use of a luxury bathroom that includes a sumptuous roll top bath. Inside, the place is beautifully decorated, with all rooms finished to a high standard. There is a natural colour scheme throughout the building and there is plenty of charm and character oozing from the place.

The restaurant seats between 30 and 50 people and offers a tempting selection of freshly prepared food using, whenever possible, locally sourced produce. The Three Tuns is renowned for its scrumptious food. The menu is extensive, offering a wide choice of cuisine to please the fussiest of eaters. All of the dishes are reasonably priced, with home made soup of the day and deep fried brie with home made chutney among the favourite starters. Moving on to the main courses, there are plenty of different meat options, as well as vegetarian alternatives. Calves' liver and bacon with Madeira onion gravy is a popular choice as well as pork fillet with a mushroom and cream sauce, and also the country vegetable bake. The dessert board is extremely tempting, even for those who aren't known for being sweet toothed. Dinner reservations can be made over the telephone or online and this is advised to avoid disappointment at busy times. After sampling the delicious dishes on offer and the fine drinks from the bar, the comfortable lounge area, adjacent to the bar, is a great place to relax and unwind. It might be exactly what you need after a long day exploring the surrounding rolling countryside.

Owners, Maria and Mike Stone, are extremely friendly hosts and look forward to welcoming you for a meal or drink at the newly refurbished Three Tuns. The bar is extensively stocked with a selection of beers, lagers and wine by the glass or bottle. There is a fantastic lunch menu available offering a selection of new and traditional favourites and daily specials that take advantage of seasonal and local produce. The Sunday lunch menu, with choices of beef, chicken or lamb, is available each week between 12.30pm and 4pm.
