Located opposite the Princess Pavilion Theatre, just a short stroll from the centre of Falmouth and the harbour, is the welcoming Penwarren Guesthouse. Owned and run by friendly local couple Ann and Alex, it is well decorated and furnished throughout, attracting many repeat visitors and gaining excellent comments of high regard in the visitor's book.

All but one of the seven upstairs bedrooms have en-suite facilities and all are comfortably furnished. Guests are welcome to come on room only basis or B/B where they can enjoy fresh local produce and fair-trade items served in the dining room made `infamous' by the three red lights in the window - something of a legend in the area and an easy way to spot the house!

The woodlane campus of the renowned college of Falmouth is only a few minutes walk away making this the ideal choice to stay if visiting students there.

Penwarren is open all year round and is a non-smoking guesthouse. Children are welcome, there is off road parking for guests and all major credit cards are taken. It has gained a silver award for the green tourist business scheme.
