Barrontop Fun Farm is a childrens' paradise. A
real working farm, Barrontop provides youngsters with
the opportunity to see, feed and handle a variety of
animals. They can bottle feed lambs and kids, stroke calves,
cuddle rabbits or hold newly hatched chicks. An assortment
of rare breed animals and poultry, as well as ostriches,
emus, pot-bellied pigs and deer are also here to see.
A large indoor bouncy castle and an adventure playground are very popular, as is the leisurely
ride around the farm on the novelty cart pulled by a friendly carthorse.
There are tearoom facilities, ample parking and a gift shop where souvenirs can be
purchased, making this a superb day out for all the family. Open April to June Saturday 9.30am - 5pm and
Sunday 2pm - 5pm; July and August daily 9.30am - 5pm and Sunday 2pm-5pm. Open during December
to visit Santa and see the live nativity scene. Phone for details.
